Are your cushions made to measure?

Yes. Every cushion is handcrafted to order based on the measurements you provide, along with your chosen thickness and fabric.

How do I choose the right size option?

We use simple size bands to guide pricing, then you enter your exact dimensions during checkout. If you are unsure which size band to select, choose the closest band that covers your measurements.

How do I measure my window seat or bench correctly?

We recommend measuring in centimetres and taking each measurement twice. Measure width (side to side) and depth (back to front) across the seating base, not including skirting boards. For bay windows or unusual shapes, contact us before ordering for guidance.

How long will my order take?

All cushions are made to order in the UK. Production time is typically 4–6 weeks, plus 2–5 working days for UK delivery after dispatch.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. As cushions are bespoke and made to your measurements and fabric choice, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Will the fabric colour look exactly the same as it does on my screen?

Colours can vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. We do our best to show accurate images, but minor colour variation is normal.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. After 12 hours, production may have started and we may be unable to cancel the order.
